September 7, 2010: Public Trust Lawsuit Filed
The California Water Impact Network (C-WIN),
the California Sportfishing Protection Alliance (CSPA),
and AquAlliance
have filed a public trust lawsuit against the
California State Water Resources Control Board and Department of Water Resources
to protect Delta Public Trust Fisheries by enforcing state water laws

AquAlliance,
the California Sportfishing Protection Alliance (CSPA),
and the California Water Impact Network (C-WIN)
have filed a lawsuit against the
U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (Bureau)
to protect the economy and the environment of the northern Sacramento Valley.
